A proven leader in the Real Estate industry for nearly 20 years, Steve Rodgers currently serves as President and CEO of the new Real Living Lifestyles real estate franchise. Previous to that, Steve headed up Exclusive Properties, where, in only two years, he and the outstanding founding partners grew it into one of the largest, most successful and respected residential real estate firms in San Diego County.

Prior to taking the reins at Exclusive Properties, Steve served as the President and CEO of Prudential California Realty, a division of Berkshire Hathaway affiliate Home Services America.  An accomplished speaker, Steve has shared the stage with a diversity of acclaimed leaders and authors, addressed a group of high-level executives at the Harvard Business School, and participated in a number of other prestigious speaking engagements.

Despite a demanding schedule, Steve contributes generously to both the business and civic communities. In recognition of Steve’s past years of generous efforts, the North San Diego Chamber of Commerce named him Corporate Citizen of the Year in 2009.

Mark Loscher
COO/CFO, Owner / Partner

With almost 40 years experience as an entrepreneur in the sales & marketing and real estate fields, Mark Loscher brings an exceptional amount of knowledge and expertise to his position as COO, CFO and Owner/Partner of Real Living Lifestyles. Before transitioning his company to the Real Living franchise, Mark was a founding partner as well as CEO of Exclusive Properties, which he and the other partners developed into one of the fastest growing and most successful residential real estate companies in Southern California.

Mark has also served on numerous city, county and state boards and committees, many regarding land use issues, building patterns, incorporation issues and government issues. His extensive background in understanding developmental impact on land values gives him specialized and invaluable insight as well as foresight into development, investment and business strategies in the real estate industry.

Mark is a 48 year resident of San Diego County and has received numerous awards and recognition for his community involvement, including Outstanding Service Awards from both the Chamber of Commerce and League of California Cities, as well as Man of the Year Award from the San Marcos Chamber of Commerce. He has also served as President and Board Member of The Boys and Girls Club of San Marcos, Board Member of United Way, and was Vice-Mayor and Council Member of the City of San Marcos for eight years.
