Our Real Estate Simulator offers an assessment to help you understand where your strengths lie, and how to foster those skills to achieve success in the industry. Accelerate your success by working with our tools and team to find out what you need to hit the ground running!

The Real Estate Simulator uses video, so speakers or headphones are required. Please turn your speaker volume to an appropriate level before you begin. If at any point you need to stop, close your internet browser and you may return and continue the assessment from your most recent situation at a later time.  You will need up to 30 minutes of uninterrupted time to complete the program.

New Agent Academy Training System

Our New Agent Academy Training System it is not just a training course or a program, it is a “System for Success”.   This encompasses 24 classroom style sessions where you will learn how to work with buyers and sellers, gain an understanding of how important Escrow, Title, Lending, and Insurance are and what roles they play in your transaction.   We bring to you specialists in their fields from Marketing, Branding, Viral Marketing, Video Production and Syndication, Home Inspection and Termite Inspections as well as a full week of “Emersion”® where we have you dive into the daily life of a real estate professional.  That will be followed by working side by side with one of our top professionals through your first three transactions.  Our company even picks up the tab for your training and we pay your mentor to guide you. We also cover the cost of the “System for Success” training you will receive.

Re-Launch Academy Training System

Our Re-Launch Academy Training System is set up to assist agents that may be in a slump and need to re-energize their business and themselves to get back on track.  It has also been fantastic for agents who want to take their business to the next level. If you are interested in increasing your business this is absolutely the system you will want to learn and implement.  Our least productive agent that completed the first session of Re-Launch did 103% more business than they did the previous year. Our top agent graduating from Re-Launch had a 613% increase in his business from the previous year and became our MVP for the Year!  This is a course full of skill development, systems and preparation of precise presentations that are impactful and effective.  You will learn how to communicate with clients on their level through understanding the DISC personality styles and how to incorporate that training into your presentations.  So if you need to be re-energized or you are ready to take the level of business you currently do to a whole new level Re-Launch is the program that will take you there. We offer ongoing training each month for our agents at every level in their business. We offer a variety of classes on a regular basis: farming effectively, viral marketing, blogging,  social media and how to use it effectively, how to work with For Sale by Owners so they want to hire you, how to help clients that have attempted to sell their home and their listing expired.
